My Morning Gratitudes

Not just for "little girls" any longer!

And Now Back to the Thankfulness of the day.
* A HOT cup of coffee to start my day. Yes this is a recurring theme. You don't need to tell me that I may have a caffeine addiction, I've known that since First Grade.
* The quiet of the morning. I have never been a morning person. The whole waking up thing .... but once I'm up (and had my coffee!) I can appreciate it. And to be able to sit quietly with the LOVE OF MY LIFE simply enjoying the company of the other, is a treat beyond measure.
* The knowledge that warmer, sunnier days are approaching. I read this morning on fb that it is snowing on the north side of Atlanta. Not here. A bit cloudy this AM giving way to SUN and temps approaching 50! Everyday I see new signs that spring is approaching.
* SAORI Connections! SAORI has taken me so many places and brought so many wonderful people into my life. One of my greatest joys with SAORI is helping other SAORI Travelers make similar connections.
* Housework. I know this one sounds strange, and don't get me wrong! I am not saying I ENJOY cleaning and straightening. But I am thankful for the chores around the house I have to do because they mean that I have a house and am able to do chores.
